We work with local communities, improving local employment opportunities and collaborating with local education providers. We provide mentoring and work experience, and support local community and charity events.
Through our Ridge 360 Sustainabilityframework, we have identified nine themes through which we can make a lasting difference, from achieving Net Zero Carbon by 2030 to fundraising initiatives in our local communities. This works in line with our ISO 14001 Environmental accreditation and ‘BREEAM Outstanding’ rating awarded on many projects.
