Anthology Deptford Foundry sits on the site of a former metal foundry established in 1831 and is located in South-East London. The development will provide a mix of social rented homes & open market homes along with commercial premises offering creative studios.
The regeneration project at Arklow Road will provide a mix of social rented homes and open market homes along with commercial premises. The development is supplied with core services from a central energy centre containing thermal storage and a small scale CHP.
Each apartment will achieve and EPC B rating and will be provided with a heat interface unit providing low carbon heating and instantaneous domestic hot water and a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery. It will also include LED lighting throughout and fibre optic IT systems.

Once complete, the Deptford Foundry development will transform 2.9 acres of brownfield land into a mixed-use residential and commercial development. The project will provide 316 apartments and 3,000sqm of commercial workspace spread over nine buildings, ranging in height from 6 to 22 storeys.
The development will also include two new play spaces and green features to promote biodiversity as well as creative studios for local artists.
