Outcomes

Planning permission was granted for sustainable development, encouraging local employment opportunities and providing facilities for users of the coastal path with no significant impact on the sensitive landscape.

Planning permission was also obtained for unfettered, open market dwellings.

The planning team has now submitted applications to enhance the proposed design and adhere to any conditions and obligations.
