We have worked across the country with many local authorities to help manage their school buildings in order to provide a safe environment for learning.

Ridge was commissioned by the Royal Borough of Greenwich to provide Condition Surveys and a costed Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule, Measured Surveys and Net Capacity Assessments of 23 schools within the Borough. The schools were predominately primary schools with a small number of secondary schools. The bulk of the surveys were completed during the summer holiday.

In Slough we surveyed 41 primary schools, 9 secondary schools and 10 community centres in order to prepare a costed 10-year Asset Management Plan, which was subsequently uploaded onto the local council’s electronic database. This project followed on from Measured Surveys undertaken as part of a Suitability and Sufficiency Survey.
