Ridge was engaged to provide expert opinion on both delay and quantum relating to an adjudication in respect of a dispute associated with the contractor’s claims for extension of time and loss expense. The project was a new seven-storey student accommodation building including demolition of existing buildings, new infrastructure and landscaping.
