Ridge provided Principal Designer (CDM) services during pre-contract and continued post contract, as part of a multidiscipline team.
The Trinity Riverside development is a joint venture between Bruntwood and Select Property Group. The scheme, which will operate under Select Property Group’s Affinity Living brand, is located next to Bruntwood’s Riverside development (commercial, office, and retail), and the Lowry Hotel.
Ridge acted as Principal Designer was involved throughout the design stage. Ridge also coordinated the Design Risk Management schedule which identifies the design features, the options available, considerations in the design, and the residual risks.
