Another Successful Virtual Planning Matters Seminar

The planning team at Ridge is delighted that the second virtual Planning Matters Seminar, entitled ‘Changes to the Patterns of Development Post Covid-19’, achieved a high level of attendance and prompted positive feedback.

Chaired by Paul Fong of Ridge, this webinar was entitled focused on important insights as to how development in the future will change. With guest speakers Stephen Tucker from Barton Willmore, Tim Allen from Stantec, Hugh Richards of No5 Barristers Chambers and Helen Hutton from Charles Russell Speechlys, discussion related to potential changes in development which included:

  • Travel arrangements
  • Working from home
  • Safer environments
  • Accommodating more personal transport on our streets
  • Town centre development
  • Change of use of buildings

‘The subjects and observations made by the speakers were inspirational and thought provoking’ commented one attendee.
