Ridge Acquires Blyth & Blyth London M&E Consulting Engineers

Ridge is delighted to announce the acquisition of the London M&E Division of Blyth & Blyth Consulting Engineers from their Structural and Civil Engineering business, which operates mainly in Scotland.
Founded in Oxford in 1946, Ridge now employs over 630 people with 11 offices across the UK in Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Cheltenham, Leicester, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Oxford, Reading and Winchester. They also operate internationally and have successfully delivered projects in over 75 countries worldwide. Ridge currently has over 90 Building Services Engineers in the business, with two existing London based teams. This new acquisition will add further engineering strength to their London operation.
Mike Pile, who established the London Division of Blyth & Blyth in 2004, has joined Ridge as a Partner and will continue to lead the team maintaining the excellent high level of services to their clients. Mike and his team have moved into the Ridge London office (3 Valentine Place, Southwark, London SE1 8QH) where Ridge currently has over 65 staff delivering a wide range of professional services including Project and Cost Management, Building Surveying, Building Services, Structural and Civil Engineering.
