Ridge has a strong reputation of supporting the sector with Condition Improvement Fund applications. Following the recent announcement of the successful CIF applications for 2021/22, we are delighted with a success rate of applications in excess of 70%. Having supported hundreds of bids over recent years, we have now secured close to £70m of funding for our clients.
Ridge is also currently supporting a number of FE establishments who have submitted applications for the initial round of funding, and those that are looking to future rounds, to the Further Education Capital Transformation Fund. Ridge is supporting colleges with estate strategy, design, procurement and project delivery.
