With the emphasis on mental health and wellbeing – Mind & Body 75 invites you to exercise both mind and body. Choose an activity, it can be physical and playful or mindful and meditative – and, as with Exercise For Victory, we ask you think of ways to weave in the 75 theme. Whatever you do – 75 laps of the local park or 75 seconds of meditation – enjoy it, have fun and help to raise some funds for a good cause at the same time.
Whilst we can’t all be together in person we can in spirit – so all activities will take place on the same weekend 15-16th May 2021 to coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week.
Pledge your support by sharing a photo of yourself (and family if up for it) doing your activity and if you can, make a donation. Please share with friends and family to help achieve our goal.
