Ridge are delighted to have successfully obtained planning permission for a new detached dwelling situated on the edge of Ascot within the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.
Located in the green belt and a designated local wildlife site, the site is heavily constrained. Planning history on the site added further complications to the proposal. The planning team at Ridge worked closely with RRA architects and ecologists to secure the approval for what is a truly exceptional design on a very tricky and contentious site. In order to ensure the retention and enhancement of the bio diversity on the site, the approved development includes the regeneration of the surrounding woodland and wetlands thus protecting and enhancing the flora and fauna found in the local area.
