The new Ridge Winchester office, at 1 Royal Court in Kings Worthy, has been shortlisted for a South Coast Property Award in the 'Workplace Environment of the Year' category.

The awards ceremony takes place on Thursday 8 June at the Hilton Ageas Bowl in Southampton and brings together some of the biggest names in the region’s property industry.

The nomination comes on the back of two nominations for the Winchester Business Excellence Awards, for which Ridge has been shortlisted in the ‘Large Business’ and ‘Sustainable Business’ categories. This awards ceremony will take place at Winchester College on 1 June

Opened in November 2022, the high-spec Ridge Winchester office was designed and fitted out by us with wellbeing and sustainability in mind. The fit-out delivered a bright, uncluttered working environment, lots of socialising space, a prayer/wellbeing room, indoor greenery and views through extensive glazing to the calming, tree-lined surroundings, as well as diverse collaboration, meeting and private spaces.

Feedback from everyone who works at the Royal Court office has been overwhelmingly positive.
