Trinity Winchester’s Bradbury View shortlisted for UK Housing Award

06 September 2022

We are delighted to learn that Trinity Winchester’s Bradbury View residential extension has been shortlisted for a UK Housing Award in the “Homelessness Project of the Year - South” category.

The award celebrates projects, initiatives and organisations working innovatively and collaboratively to prevent or relieve homelessness in their communities.

Bradbury View is a welcoming residential extension to Winchester charity Trinity’s day centre, creating much-needed apartments and communal facilities to help vulnerable people transition from homelessness. The sustainable, psychologically informed design provides a supportive environment to help transform lives.

The wellbeing-friendly accommodation supplements Trinity’s programme of activities, therapies and treatment. The project team worked collaboratively to ensure the delivery of a high-quality building suitable for the complex requirements of Trinity and its residents.

The awards ceremony will take place at The Point in Manchester on 25 November 2022.

Congratulations to the project team – our developer client Trinity Winchester, architects Hyphen and contractor Bentley Projects, alongside Ridge Winchester’s multidisciplinary team – on this fully deserved nomination!
