The Royal Agricultural University has developed a new-build construction, close to its campus in Cirencester, to provide tenants with office accommodation and meeting room facilities for their start-up businesses.
The Alliston Centre is a growth hub for agri-tech start-ups and offers 1,342sqm of open collaborative working spaces, dedicated offices, and meeting rooms.
At the time RAU appointed Ridge, the Alliston Centre had been signed off to RIBA Stage 3. Ridge provided a technical review to ensure their suitability to the client brief and were involved from the tender stage, assisting with the procurement process, contractor appointment and continued with management of the works.
During post-contract stages, Ridge acted as Employer’s Agent liaising with both contractors and client.
