A PRS development in central Manchester

Located on the old BBC site, Circle Square is an impressive new development that creates a 15-storey and a 35-storey tower in central Manchester to provide 683 residential apartments for the Private Rented Sector. The construction value is around £139 million.

The first phase of this site redevelopment comprised student accommodation for Vita Student; our work on the second phase is for Affinity Living. Both are parts of the Select Property Group.

The PRS development includes amenity space, circulation areas, bicycle storage (with ancillary accommodation), landscaping, access and highways work.
