Old Stocks Inn Stow on the Wold

Full interior transformation of the Grade II listed property to provide 18 high-specification guest rooms.

Ridge was appointed to provide engineering and surveying services on this extensive listed building refurbishment project.

The project required a full condition survey of external fabric to identify where elements had failed. The findings were used to develop a fabric repair schedule that complemented the internal architectural works.

The mechanical and electrical services were upgraded and replaced to provide a high-efficiency heating system, low volume / high capacity hot water services, and new small power, lighting, fire alarm, and WiFi throughout.
