The Brewery Quarter Regeneration Cheltenham

A major new development regenerating the lower high street, providing new jobs and homes.

The lower high street is Cheltenham’s oldest district, predating its Regency era developments. The site was occupied by a 1960s block, which severed the lower high street from The Brewery.

The Ridge planning team led all planning aspects of the project from inception through to the discharging of planning conditions in collaboration with Cheltenham Development Task Force on the scheme, together with relevant officers from Cheltenham Borough Council. The team also worked closely with the Council’s planning policy and development management teams; helping to inform emerging policy and securing the relevant consents, permissions and approvals.
