Ridge was appointed to provide multidiscipline services to the fit-out of level 4, Walker House in Liverpool.
Ridge provided design services and management, in conjunction with ADT Workplace, to deliver the office fit-out to the client’s aspirations. From concept to construction, Ridge coordinated the design to achieve high-end client meeting spaces, and ensure a high-quality Cat B fit-out throughout.
Due to the listed nature of the building, Ridge worked closely and collaboratively with the design team, client and local planning authorities to ensure that any proposed alterations were compliant. It was also vitally important to ensure that all works were carried out in accordance with the client’s company standards.

The new accommodation delivers three conference rooms, five meeting rooms, 124 workstations, staff lounge, staff kitchen, two staff shower rooms, as well as a reprographics / post room. The fit-out also included a new comms room, specifically designed for the client.
The works were delivered within the scheduled 16-week programme, which allowed the client to vacate their existing premises within their deadline.
