Ridge has experience of working on both the appraisal and improvement of existing retirement living properties, as well as the design and development of new facilities.

We are sensitive to the expectations and design requirements of living arrangements for older people, and have worked on both public and private sector projects. The need to provide a welcoming, attractive, safe and comfortable environment for residents is paramount.

When developing new facilities, Ridge offer a comprehensive multidiscipline service to plan, design and deliver projects. Ridge also support site redevelopment or remodelling and refurbishment projects.

Retirement living schemes, including some categorised supported and sheltered accommodation, can present challenges due to the facilities provided as well as the high levels of turnover.
