David has wide ranging sector experience and regular advises clients on all cost management matters including procurement, contractor and consultant appointments, warranties / step-in rights, insurances and capital allowances.
He offers expertise in advising clients on contract forms to suit their risk profile and project objectives including JCT and NEC forms as well as bespoke JV arrangements. David is also experienced in providing expert advisory and expert witness services. David is Office Managing Partner for our Winchester office.
