Tom Redhouse - Ridge

Tom is a chartered project manager with over 20 years' experience leading high-value, complex projects across the private and public sectors, with a strong portfolio spanning regeneration, heritage, cultural, commercial, and residential schemes. Tom’s experience includes landmark projects including the Ebury Bridge Estate Regeneration for Westminster City Council, Paddington Square for Sellar Property Group, the Serpentine Gallery Pavilion designed by Herzog & de Meuron and Ai Weiwei, the London 2012 Olympic Stadium, and museum redevelopments for Oxford University. Further experience includes Livery Hall refurbishments, large-scale residential developments and major infrastructure schemes including Heathrow Terminal One and Metrolink Manchester. Tom is known for his calm, experienced leadership and ability to bring diverse teams together to deliver exceptional outcomes on complex and high-profile schemes. Tom is a member of both the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) and the Association for Project Management (MAPM).
