Briefing and concept design
The right brief, the right site and the best start.
Every successful circuit starts long before a layout is drawn. We invest time upfront – listening, questioning and understanding a project in detail – so that when concepts begin to take shape, they’re grounded in a clear brief, a thorough understanding of the site and an honest read of the market.
Getting this stage right avoids costly changes later. It gives investors, authorities and stakeholders something credible to respond to from the outset.
-
Brief definition
We work with clients to define a clear, realistic brief – establishing track lengths, building sizes, target users and licensing requirements early. The brief becomes the foundation for every decision that follows, ensuring the project stays focused and avoids significant changes further down the line.
-
Land zoning
Before committing to a layout, we develop early spatial plans to test how elements of the brief can sit on a land parcel. We explore different configurations – track layouts, buildings, supporting facilities – assessing how each option affects customer journeys, the driving experience and impact on the site itself.
-
Concept layouts
Once the zoning is agreed, we develop initial track layouts showing early safety run-off areas and supporting structures. These concepts are useful for early conversations with local authorities, investors and stakeholders before further design work and site due diligence begins.
Services
Strong individual services that outperform when connected – shaped by what each project needs. We bring the right expertise at the right time to deliver better outcomes.
