We’ve appointed Giles Heather as Partner to lead and grow our project and programme delivery (PPD) team in London.
The appointment comes as we continue to grow our capabilities in the programme delivery of complex projects. Following our acquisition of specialist programme management consultancy Adept Management in 2025, which strengthened project controls, PMO delivery and design management expertise across the business, Giles’s arrival builds on that momentum, adding senior leadership to a growing project and programme delivery team in London.
London remains a priority market for us, with clients increasingly looking for delivery partners who combine technical depth with commercial and programme discipline. Giles will lead our London PPD team, working alongside planners, designers, engineers and specialist advisers who sit side by side across every stage of a project.
Giles joins us with over 18 years’ experience in programme and project delivery across Commercial Real Estate, Mission Critical, High-Tech Industrial, Infrastructure, Natural Resources and Energy sectors. Giles has a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex programmes and transformation portfolios across the built environment.
Giles works closely with clients to develop delivery strategies, enhance governance and controls, and drive performance across multi-stakeholder programmes. As Partner, Giles will focus on expanding our Project and Programme Delivery team in London, helping clients realise value from their investments while delivering certainty, efficiency and sustainable outcomes.
