Graham sits on the Executive Group and leads the Architecture discipline.
A member of the RIBA, and an ARB registered Architect with 25 years’ experience in the design and leadership of multidiscipline design teams delivering world class buildings across many building types and sectors in the UK and internationally. His specific interest is to pursue design excellence in integrated whole-life sustainable buildings and structures.

Ridge have a unified approach which underpins the contemporary aspects of our multidiscipline project delivery – this is known as Digital Engineering. We are recognised leaders in the use of BIM to deliver construction projects, following certification of our business systems by the BSI BIM Verification scheme.

Our Building Services Cost Management team produce detailed tender estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities and provide post contract support to a broad range of main and mechanical & electrical services contractors.
Ridge has extensive experience across most sectors. We can design and manage the installation, as well as test and commission new systems within existing and new buildings and infrastructure projects around the world.
We offer market-leading experts, highly experienced dispute avoidance / claims professionals, and advice and ongoing monitoring on live projects (on ‘time’ and ‘quantum’ aspects). We also provide seminars and training, which we can deliver in-house.
Our engineers have extensive global experience across a breadth of sectors and on projects of a variety of type and scale. We provide a comprehensive range of civil and structural engineering design, procurement, coordination and project management services to support contractors through the entire project lifecycle.
As specialist Health and Safety Consultants, we provide strategic advice on how to achieve best practice and assistance in developing and implementing health and safety policy. Ridge also provide project-specific advice and services. We offer a structured and comprehensive risk-management system, helping early identification and assessment of risk at any stage of a construction project or in an existing building or infrastructure project.
Using the latest technology, we provide highly accurate surveys in a fraction of the time of traditional methods.
Ridge design cost-effective site investigations to determine the physical / mechanical and chemical properties of ground materials, allowing for early identification of any constraints by ground related issues.
We can provide a dedicated team of Fire Risk Assessors supporting clients and helping achieve compliance. The specialist team are Chartered Building Surveyors with an in-depth understanding of construction methodologies. Our assessors are trained to FRA Competency Council Guidelines. The Ridge assessment template is designed to meet the functional requirements of PAS 79: 2012.
We offer a wide range of experience and skills to both private and public sectors in development / master planning and policy development of a full range of land uses and scale. The Traffic & Transportation team work closely with Civil Engineering colleagues to design transport infrastructure and improvement schemes, including the preparation and conclusion of Section 38, Section 278 and Section 106 legal agreements.
We can offer our clients expert advice regarding the implications of The Party Wall Act 1996, enabling developments to proceed in accordance with the Act whilst minimising risk to the development.
