Ridge and Partners has been named “Specialist Consultancy of the Year” at the 2022 Insider South East Property Awards.

In addition, Ridge, alongside Trinity Winchester, Hyphen and Bentley Projects won “Residential Development of the Year” for Trinity’s Bradbury View residential extension; in the same category, our Reading office’s Church Farm project at Radley in Oxfordshire (submitted by Pye Homes/Blenheim Estates) was “Highly Commended”. Also “Highly Commended”, in the “Fit-Out/Refurbishment of the Year” category, was our Burrell House project for Winchester Hospice Fundraising Charity.

The awards ceremony took place at the Crowne Plaza Felbridge, near Gatwick, on Thursday 14 July. Winchester office Partners David Johnson and Richard Hand were accompanied at the event by Trinity Winchester CEO Sue McKenna and Trinity Operations Director Hannah Scott.

The award for “Specialist Consultancy of the Year” is given to a consultancy team or business which has made a real impact on the region’s property industry during the qualifying period. The judges were particularly impressed with our “commitment to carbon neutrality across the business, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption to achieve this”. The award is further recognition of the company’s position as the South Coast property and construction consultancy of choice.

“The Residential Development of the Year” Awards is further testament to the outstanding community impact of Trinity Winchester’s new residential extension for homeless and vulnerable people, Bradbury View. The judges were very impressed by “the social value of the scheme and that the project team offered many of its services for free and completed it on time, within budget and to a very high standard.” This follows the project’s recent RESI Award and Constructing Excellence SECBE Award wins.
