Ridge has been recognised as one of the UK's Best Workplaces™ for 2026 by Great Place To Work® UK.

The certification follows our strongest Great Place to Work survey results to date. 83% of employees agreed Ridge is a great place to work, up from 82% in our first employee survey in 2024.

Strongest results yet

This year’s survey recorded a 78% positive average across all statements, up from 73% in 2025. 

Feedback describes a supportive culture, collaborative relationships, accessible leadership and a strong sense of belonging. Many colleagues described Ridge as combining the capability of a large business with the feel of a much smaller one. 

Where we’ve improved

The biggest gains, all over 10 percentage points, came in confidence in business direction, communication about important issues and change, recognition of innovation, and our ability to adapt and improve.

    These results mean a great deal, not least because they come from our own people telling us honestly how they feel. Since our last survey, we've worked hard to listen and to act on what we heard, particularly around communication and giving people confidence in where the business is heading. Growth only means something if our people are growing with us. I'm proud of what this reflects about the culture we've built together.”
