Bobby Brown leads our water team, driving growth across the water and wider infrastructure sectors. With more than 20 years' experience, he began his career in water, flood and coastal engineering, working on major infrastructure projects including breakwaters, seawalls and dams.

He went on to hold senior roles at Black & Veatch and Turner & Townsend, where he led large interdisciplinary teams, developed key client relationships and delivered major investment programmes for the Environment Agency, Thames Water and the Pennon Group.

Bobby has a strong track record of securing and delivering long-term frameworks, building high-performing teams and helping clients achieve their strategic objectives. He combines technical expertise with a practical understanding of what successful delivery looks like, ensuring projects remain aligned with client priorities from start to finish.

A member of British Water and a former contributor to national sector leadership groups, Bobby is passionate about shaping the future of the water industry. He works closely with clients to deliver integrated, responsive solutions, bringing together the breadth of expertise available across Ridge.
