David is widely regarded as one of the industry's most experienced professionals. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) with more than 45 years of industry experience, including 35 years with Ridge. He works across a broad range of sectors, supporting projects from earliest feasibility stages through to project completion and final account settlement.

David is often brought in when clients need an experienced, independent view. He helps teams understand project risks, challenge assumptions, resolve disputes and make confident decisions. He has supported projects across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, with construction values ranging from under £1 million to major programmes valued at £4 billion.
