Felicity is an experienced architect with over 12 years’ experience shaping world‑class science and research ecosystems that support discovery and innovation. At Ridge, she leads the design and fit out of complex science and quantum facilities, supported by specialist expertise in advanced timber design. Felicity's portfolio spans a wide range of science and R&D environments, including large‑scale new builds, tall buildings over 18m and complex fit outs of both new and existing facilities. She is involved from early concept development and planning engagement through to on‑site delivery and client monitoring. Drawn to Ridge for its collaborative culture, Felicity champions strong communication, approachability and flexibility across every stage of development. She is a member of ARB and RIBA.
