Felicity is an experienced architect with more than 12 years’ experience creating science and research environments that support discovery and innovation. At Ridge, she leads the design and fit out of complex science and quantum facilities, bringing specialist knowledge in advanced timber design.

She has worked on a wide variety of science and research projects, from large new-build developments and taller buildings to complex fit outs in both new and existing spaces. She stays involved throughout the project, helping to shape ideas early on and seeing them through to delivery on site.

Felicity values strong communication, approachability and flexibility at every stage of a project. She believes the best outcomes come from working closely with clients and project teams to understand what success looks like and how to achieve it.

Felicity is a member of the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
