Nicky leads the People & Culture function at Ridge, shaping the people strategy that supports the business’s growth and long-term success. She works closely with the Executive team to strengthen leadership capability, organisational performance and talent development across the business, helping ensure Ridge continues to attract, develop and retain exceptional people. A fellow of the chartered institute of personnel and development (FCIPD), Nicky brings more than 30 years’ experience in HR across professional services, infrastructure and complex organisations. Before joining Ridge, she held senior roles at KPMG and National Highways including client-facing advisory work within KPMG’s people and change consulting practice.
