Jonathan is a cost and project management professional heading up cost management in the Leeds office. With a career built across higher and further education and major defence programmes, he has developed particular expertise in the high-rise residential sector, delivering complex, high-value portfolios across private and public domains. His dual perspective across commercial and delivery sides enables him to add genuine value as a client advisor. Jonathan joined Ridge to build upon the existing cost management team in Leeds, having previously grown a team from 7 to 18 at WSP Sheffield.
