Dan is a chartered accountant working across the Oxford and London offices to support a high‑performing, future‑focused finance function at Ridge. As the Head of Group Commercial Finance, he leads the financial compliance and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions. Dan strengthens governance through robust controls, effective tax and treasury management and well‑run audits that support investor and stakeholder confidence. He also oversees forward‑looking financial planning, partnering across the Group to shape strategy, enhance budget discipline and drive sustainable growth. Dan plays a key role in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity, investor relations and major transformation programmes, including treasury and wider systems modernisation. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
