Gerard has over 35 years in the field of transport planning consultancy and worked for several major transport planning consultancies before joining Hub Transport Planning as a Director in 2007.

He has specialised in supporting development planning projects for about 24 years and his experience covers; residential, retail, employment, and leisure developments.

Gerard’s extensive experience covers; traffic data collection and analysis, traffic modelling, transport assessment, travel planning, site evaluation and access appraisals, preliminary design work, S106 negotiation, public consultation, public inquiry, and due diligence work.
