Lewis is an ESG Manager specialising in carbon management, ESG reporting, environmental compliance and Net Zero strategy.
His expertise includes greenhouse gas accounting, ISO 14001 environmental management systems, and ESG disclosures including CDP, EcoVadis, SECR and ESOS. He develops practical, data-driven sustainability solutions that embed ESG principles into business decision-making.
In his first six months at Ridge, Lewis delivered the 2025 carbon footprint report and created the business's first ESG Impact Statement and Environmental Report.
He holds a BSc in Geography, an MSc in Applied Meteorology and Climatology, and is a Practitioner member of ISEP
