Tom Bell is an Associate Partner and a key senior leader within the Bristol Architecture team, specialising in the delivery of complex, multi-sector projects.

As a lead Architect and multi-disciplinary designer, Tom delivers major, complex projects across the UK and internationally, with experience spanning Critical National infrastructure (CNI), regeneration, defence and secure environments, and transport infrastructure, often within fast-paced design and delivery programmes. He places strong emphasis on building lasting client relationships and takes pride in delivering projects on time and within budget. Tom was recognised as an RIBAJ ‘Rising Star’, described as a “rare balance of big ideas and drive”.

Outside of his project work, Tom is an RIBA Council Member and contributes to multiple national committees and expert advisory groups. He regularly engages with government departments, including MHCLG and BEIS, providing strategic insight and thought leadership on emerging policy and public affairs.
