Ridge is relocating its Leeds office from Brewery Place to Aire Park – the mixed-use development that has emerged as a focal point for businesses looking to plant a flag in one of the UK’s fastest-growing city districts. The move brings Ridge into a neighbourhood that has attracted significant investment and attention in recent years – signalling a clear intent to deepen our presence in Yorkshire.
Andrew McNaghten, Managing Partner for the Leeds office, says the decision was straightforward.
Leeds has always been an important market for Ridge, and Aire Park felt like the right fit for where we are as a business. It’s a location that reflects the quality of the work our team delivers, and it gives us the right environment to keep building on the relationships and projects that matter to our clients across the region.

The new office will hit the ground running. On 20 May, the Aire Park office will host a UKREiiF panel event, with Ridge’s Paul Deverill leading a discussion on PPP (Public Private Partnership) – bringing together voices from across the sector. The official launch of the new office follows on 11 June, when Ridge will open its doors to clients, partners and friends.
Ridge currently operates from 16 offices across the UK. The Leeds move is the latest in a series of investments in our regional network, and those familiar with the South Bank’s trajectory will know that Aire Park is unlikely to be a quiet address for long.
