Adrian is a chartered building surveyor with over 25 years' experience in the property and construction industry across both the private and public sectors. He leads the building surveying discipline at Ridge, with particular expertise in the commercial, leisure and education sectors.

Adrian's experience spans traditional building surveying services, including due diligence, acquisition surveys, dilapidations and maintenance planning, alongside architectural design for a wide range of refurbishment and conversion projects. He also undertakes project management and contract administration roles, giving him a broad understanding of the built environment lifecycle.

His approach combines technical expertise with practical delivery, ensuring clients receive comprehensive advice across all aspects of building surveying. Adrian works collaboratively with clients and project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
