Adrian is responsible for leading a large team of mechanical and electrical cost managers, delivering a full range of services for clients, main contractors and subcontractors.

The team's expertise covers feasibility studies, budget estimates, detailed cost planning and tender documentation, often including traditional bills of quantities. They also provide post-contract cost control, valuations, final accounts, measured term contracts, contractor tender preparation, asset collection and energy reduction modelling.

Detailed life cycle cost analysis forms a key part of the team's work, helping clients optimise building services costs through value engineering and option studies. The focus is always on adding value at every stage of a project.

Through more than 20 years working with major high street retailers, Adrian has developed extensive knowledge of proactive cost management, bringing innovation and new approaches to continually improve service delivery. This experience includes supply chain management, bulk procurement, asset collection, business case development and detailed energy reduction cost modelling.

Skills developed within the retail sector are now regularly applied across a wide range of client portfolios. Adrian and his team also provide specialist compliance support, from asset tagging and scheduling through to estate-wide life cycle cost profiling, including detailed analysis of statutory and legislative obligations, business-critical requirements and budget priorities.
