Alastair is a chartered project professional with more than 15 years' experience delivering complex interdisciplinary projects and programmes across the water, environment and rail sectors.

He has delivered critical infrastructure for major public and private sector clients, including Thames Water, Welsh Water, the Environment Agency, Transport for Wales and Network Rail. His experience includes senior leadership roles as head of project and programme management and cost centre lead.

Alastair was part of the team recognised with a Construction Excellence Wales award for improving data accessibility. He is known for building strong relationships, bringing teams together and driving continuous improvement. Working closely with clients, he helps navigate complex regulatory environments while maintaining a clear focus on delivery.

He holds Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) status and is NEC Accredited and Registered.
