Alex is a partner in building surveying based in our Cambridge office. He joined Ridge in February 2024 to lead and grow the building surveying team.

A Chartered Member of the RICS since 2015, he brings more than 17 years of experience across the industrial, logistics, retail, commercial, education and public sectors. He specialises in dilapidations, project management and technical due diligence, overseeing refurbishment projects typically valued between £500,000 and £2 million.

Alex is known for his pragmatic, client-focused approach. He combines clear advice with commercial awareness, helping clients make informed decisions and maximise value throughout the lifecycle of their assets.
