Alex Dovey is a construction and consultancy professional with more than 20 years' experience, based in our Cardiff office. His career has been shaped by projects across South Wales and includes the delivery of landmark developments throughout the UK.

Alex leads our cost management and building surveying team. He provides the commercial and technical advice clients need to make confident decisions and keep projects moving.

He also leads our project management service in Wales, working across education, healthcare, affordable housing, community-led development and the blue light sector.

Alex has a particular interest in modern methods of construction and retrofit. He focuses on practical solutions that improve performance, deliver value and remain commercially viable.
