Alice leads our schools sector and is an architect with more than 22 years' experience in the construction industry, including the last 17 years focused on education. She has designed and delivered many medium- and large-scale schools and further education facilities, including both mainstream and special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) settings.

Alice has a strong ability to understand and resolve complex project challenges. She is highly skilled in stakeholder engagement and leads interdisciplinary design teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Alice was selected to join the Education Estates Leaders' Network, a community of experts dedicated to creating effective and inspiring environments where young people can thrive and achieve their potential. She also acts as a technical advisor across a wide range of education projects.

Her work includes assessing the suitability of proposed sites for clients including the Department for Education, as well as providing technical support throughout project delivery. This experience has given her a deep understanding of the requirements, challenges and priorities that shape successful education environments.
