Amardeep is an associate partner in our health and safety team, leading the Birmingham office and serving on the discipline senior leadership team.

He delivers CDM principal designer and advisory services across regeneration, life science, healthcare, and industrial and logistics programmes. With extensive experience in construction health, safety and risk management, he helps clients manage risk, meet regulatory requirements and create safer project outcomes.

Amardeep specialises in turning complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions. He works closely with interdisciplinary teams to embed a strong safety culture and drive continuous improvement throughout project delivery.

In 2025, Amardeep was recognised in Building magazine's 40 Under 40 Future Leaders list. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and is a Chartered Member of IOSH and a Certified Member of the Association for Project Safety (CMaPS).
