Amit is the Head of IT Service Operations where he leads the delivery of high-performing, responsive and scalable technology services that support the firm’s growth and operational excellence. With extensive experience in IT Operations and service management, Amit oversees core areas including ServiceDesk and support, infrastructure management, end-user computing and collaboration technology. He works closely on building strong partnerships with business stakeholders and external Vendors to align technology with business objectives, optimise supplier performance whilst continuing to maintain the user experience through any engagement with IT. Amit is committed to ensuring that technology enables people to perform at their best, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and embedding best-practice service management across the business.
