Andrew is healthcare lead at Ridge, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (FCIOB) and a partner in our project management team.

He has delivered healthcare projects from feasibility through to construction, leading both targeted improvements and large-scale redevelopments across NHS trust sites. His experience spans every stage of the project lifecycle, helping clients deliver complex schemes in challenging operational environments.

Andrew works closely with end users, clinical teams and contractors to keep projects moving and ensure facilities meet the needs of patients and staff. His portfolio includes wards, cancer care centres, critical care units, operating theatres, outpatient departments, maternity units, mental health hospitals, research hubs and office facilities.
