Andrew is an associate partner with more than 20 years' experience delivering projects for investors, developers and occupiers.

A Chartered Project Manager (RICS) and NEC4 ECC Accredited Project Manager, he has worked on projects ranging from small-scale developments to schemes with a construction value of £650 million, including new build, major refurbishment and listed building projects.

His experience spans the commercial office, leisure, industrial and residential sectors, with expertise in project management, contract administration, design and project monitoring. This breadth of experience enables him to lead complex developments and carefully manage challenging refurbishment projects.

Andrew works closely with clients, consultants and contractors to keep projects moving and maintain clear decision-making throughout delivery. He focuses on building strong relationships and delivering successful outcomes from inception through to handover.
