A chartered project manager (RICS) and NEC4 ECC accredited project manager, he has worked across schemes ranging from small projects to £650 million in construction value, spanning new build, major refurbishments and listed buildings. His sector experience covers commercial offices, leisure, industrial and residential, with roles across project management, contract administration, design and project monitoring. This breadth has equipped him to handle complex development sites and niche refurbishments alike. Andrew builds strong client relationships founded on trust, transparency and clear communication, consistently focused on successful project delivery from inception through to handover.
