Andrew is a Chartered Building Surveyor (FRICS) with more than 30 years' experience in the property and construction industry. He holds a Master’s in Construction Law and Arbitration from King's College London.

He advises a wide range of blue-chip and public sector clients across different property types, building ages and sectors. His experience covers both strategic property advice and complex technical matters.

Andrew specialises in dilapidations and building pathology, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to identify issues, manage risk and deliver practical solutions.
