Andy has over 30 years' experience in the construction industry, delivering projects across domestic and international markets. He has worked throughout the UK, Far East, North Africa, Middle East and Caribbean in senior commercial roles, building extensive experience across the built environment.

His sector expertise includes education, high-end residential, hotels, life sciences, commercial, housing, civil works, student accommodation and refurbishment projects. Over the past six years, he has developed a particular focus on sports, leisure and stadia developments.

Andy combines commercial expertise with a practical, hands-on approach to project delivery. Motivated, adaptable and collaborative, he works closely with clients and project teams to achieve the best possible value at every stage.

A Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Builder, Andrew is committed to maintaining the highest professional standards. He is particularly skilled at identifying and managing project risks and opportunities, bringing experience in project management, strategic procurement and supply chain engagement to support successful delivery.
