Andy is an electrical engineer with more than 25 years' experience delivering complex building services projects across a wide range of sectors. He began his career on the tools with an electrical contractor, giving him a rare combination of hands-on practical expertise and rigorous technical knowledge. That grounding continues to shape his approach to every project.

He leads a team of more than 20 engineers, overseeing strategic planning, resource allocation and financial performance across the portfolio. His technical expertise spans the full suite of industry design software, including Hevacomp, AMTECH, ElectricalOM and IES.

Alongside project delivery, Andy has played a central role in shaping our digital standards. He led the definition and implementation of corporate computer-aided design (CAD) standards, helping drive consistency and quality across the business.
