Andy is a Chartered Civil Engineer with more than 25 years' experience in design management, project management and project controls across public and private sector programmes. He joined Ridge through the acquisition of Adept Management and brings a combination of strategic insight and practical delivery experience to complex projects.

He specialises in project controls and design programme management, providing both advisory and hands-on support across the infrastructure, built environment, aerospace, nuclear, and oil and gas sectors.

Andy founded and led Adept Management, and helped develop the Analytic Design Planning Technique (ADePT) methodology that underpinned many of the company’s services. His expertise includes NEC contracts, Primavera, Asta Powerproject, project team facilitation and individual mentoring.

Known for his forward-thinking and entrepreneurial approach, Andy believes effective design planning is fundamental to successful project delivery. He helps clients and project teams bring structure and clarity to complex programmes, supporting better decisions and stronger outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
